一、概述
多功能高效磨漿除砂疏解機主要用于造紙行業（漂白）凈化后漿料的連續磨漿或廢紙再生漿料疏解后均解磨漿。經過磨漿處理，可使纖維的抗拉強度，破裂強度，纖維內部的結合強度和打漿度均有提高。經本機處理過的紙漿可得到較好的抗張力，耐折力，以較好的挺硬度與透氣度的組合性。本機既可與雙盤磨串聯磨漿，也可與錐形磨串聯磨漿或單機使用。
本機具有設計新穎，生產效率高，磨漿區域長，磨漿質量好，進退刀間隙控制精準，電耗低，噪音小，操作方便，維修容易等優點。
1. Overview
The multi-function and high-efficiency grinding and desanding fluffer is mainly used for continuous refining of pulp after bleaching or for desanding of recycled pulp from waste paper in paper making industry. After refining, the tensile strength, breaking strength, bonding strength and pulping degree of the fibers can be improved. The pulp treated by this machine has better tension resistance, folding resistance, stiffness and air permeability. The machine can be used in series grinding with double disc mill, and can be used in series grinding with conical mill or single machine.
The machine has the advantages of novel design, high production efficiency, long pulping area, good pulping quality, precise control of feed and withdrawal clearance, low power consumption, low noise, easy operation and maintenance.

三、主要結構
多功能高效磨漿除砂疏解機主要有刀片的截頭圓錐形的轉子和截頭圓錐形的外殼及間隙調節機構構成，漿料由外殼的小端送入，由大端排出，使轉子對外殼作軸向相對移動來實現的。采用彈性圓柱銷聯軸器，噪音低。轉子兩端為雙列向心球面滾子軸承支撐，提高了軸的剛度和強度，噪音大大降低，機器轉速平穩無明顯振動。轉子、定子、齒盤材質采用合金鑄鐵齒盤，使用壽命大大提高。
3. Main structure
The multi-function and high-efficiency grinding and sａnd removing fluffer mainly consists of a conical cutter of blade, a conical cutter shell and a clearance adjusting mechanism. The pulp is fed into the small end of the shell and discharged from the large end, which enables the rotor to move relative axially to the outer shell. Adopting elastic cylindrical pin coupling make it low noise. The two ends of the rotor are supported by double-row centripetal spherical roller bearings, which improves the stiffness and strength of the shaft, greatly reduces the noise, and the machine speed is stable without obvious vibration. The material of rotor, stator and gear plate adopts alloy cast iron toothed disc, and its service life is greatly improved.
